I am not a morning person, as I have mentioned on many occasions.
Axl, on the other hand, wakes up and is rarely grouchy.
This morning on my way to the studio, Axl remarked, ”Try to be positive today, it’s Wednesday”.
It’s amazing how great minds can be so unalike.
To me, Wednesday is hump-day, a middle of the week pit, a frustrating obstacle.
It is also clean-underwear day to me.
Allow me to explain:
When I was a kid, my mom and I rode the bus, and often we were on the same bus as this unique and special guy.
This guy, harmless in every sense of the word, would announce to the bus on Wednesdays that it was ‘Clean Underwear Day’, because in his world it was.
Perhaps now you will also understand my disdain for public transportation.
It’s Wednesday, so be positive and change those undies!
